To best assist you with returning products to Team Up and properly credit your account, please fill out the form below and return it to membercare@teamupmarketplace.com within 30 days of delivery of your order.

We will then contact you with additional instructions for returning your purchase.

Refunds policy

  • Team Up will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation which must be included with shipment and RMA number printed on each package in order for the returned materials to be received by the supplier AM Conservation Group/Service Concepts.
  • Team Up will issue FEDEX or UPS labels to have the product picked up.
  • Once we have received your returned items, your refund will be processed.
  • Return requests are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date.
